Short, and in plain language. A contract nobody can read is a contract nobody consented to.

These terms cover use of Auditant at auditant.insightron.ai and its API. Using the service means accepting them. If you are agreeing for a company, you are confirming you may bind it.
A tamper-evident record of the actions you send us, a policy engine that evaluates them before they run, and analysis derived from those same records. The service is provided as described on this site, not as it may be described on a roadmap.
Configuring what gets captured. Coverage is a deployment decision, and we cannot record an action that never reaches us.
The lawfulness of what you send. Do not send health or cardholder data to a custody mode not agreed for it in writing.
Keeping your API keys and your sign-in address secure.
Your records remain yours. Export is always available while your account is live, and exported bundles verify without us, which is the point of offline verification. A compliance record you can lose access to is not a compliance record.
On termination you may export for thirty days. After that we delete payloads under our control. Checkpoints already written to write-once storage remain until their retention lapses, because by design they cannot be removed early.
The service is provided without warranty beyond what the law requires, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Nothing here makes us your compliance adviser. Auditant produces evidence. Deciding what your obligations are, and whether you have met them, remains yours.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Gaya, Bihar.
